That's what it feels like when I'm turned away from the counter and directed to place my own order using the new touch menu kiosk thing. The food is okay, but I would say customer service is no longer a thing at Taco Bell. I'm done with them."

"My family and I came in to eat. My daughter is still in a high chair. They were so dirty. I had to clean it myself. We ordered our food and it took over 30 minutes to get our food. When my wife asked if they started it yet. The lady started to yell at my wife. My wife asked for a refund and she walked away and ignored her. All you hear is the staff yelling at each other and not communicating at all. A guy ordered 4 slashes before we ordered and he was still waiting by time we left. The inside was so dirty. Just close the lobby and do drive through. Since they are the main focus. They don't communicate with the customers to tell them how much longer. DO BETTER!!"

"Left my house at 12:30am because it says online they close at 3am. Got there and was told only online orders and DoorDash was being taken. I didn't have my phone so I could not place an online order and ended up stuck in line for 45 minutes waiting to leave. What's the point of advertising a time and then not taking orders?"
