"I love most of the staff but this school needs to be cleaned better. They have frequent outbreaks of hand foot and mouth, stomach viruses, major sicknesses not just your common colds. Then send messages to parents asking to keep kids home if possible then still charge the same rate regardless if your child is there or not due to their viral outbreak. Take some responsibility for your lack of cleanliness. This almost seems intentional by the frequency in which it occurs. I have friends with kids in other preschools that don't have this issue nearly as bad. If you ask parents to keep kids home due to an outbreak that you're likely responsible for and still charge tuition then something is wrong here. There should be a law against this."
"Pebbles is a great place to start your child! Here is why... We first enrolled our son in at a DIFFERENT daycare center in Sparks at the age of two. He was miserable every single day. I knew there would be an adjustment period for him but something was off. We decided to switch him to Pebbles Preschool after about a month of unhappiness. When we first toured I was a little overwhelmed with just how BIG the center is. However, it was very clean and everyone had the most warm and welcoming attitude. The center as a whole felt comforting. My son's class had a total of three people working at all times in the class at the time. I knew someone had eyes on him at all times. Having cried EVERY day at the last place we were pleasantly surprised to NOT see tears on the FIRST day at Pebbles. The rest is history. My son attended pebbles from the age of two to until he started Kinder. Every class he graduated to he adjusted to AMAZINGLY. Everyone that taught him knew him right away and always greeted him and myself by first name. I adored the women working there and I know my son did too. They did fantastic at sticking to age appropriate curriculum. Summertime is a blast for the kids and the school year is right on track. All around, Pebbles is a great place to start your child. We've moved out of state and I am currently looking for daycare for my second son and I keep wishing that Pebbles was here too! I highly recommend Pebbles! Best preschool/daycare in Sparks!"
"Excellent fun safe environment for my son. He loves Pebbles!"
"My kid had been pushed down from sliding stairs when they are in play ground outside , she got a big dark bruise in her back bone and swollen! the teacher who watching the kids just let her cry the whole time, by the time I showed up to pick her up, i was told that oh i didn't know how she fall down, that's why she is crying....since then my kid wouldn't get off from school bus and get in there any more! Short after that, the director called me over the phone and requested me to go to pick my daughter up since they couldn't have her off the bus and get in to their facility, I told her that i can't since i was out of town which was true, I was in Fallon at the time, but i would go to pick her up as soon as i was back in town. So the director called my kid has autism so her staff can't handle a kid like this, she called my kid is a autistic 3 times over the phone, and told me that day would be her last day there, and hang up on me.......so no sympathy, rude and no safety there which soever... please don't take the risk on your precious children there!"
"My child was bitten repeatedly and nothing was done about it. The day after I reported pebbles to the licensing agency we were told not to return. My son was bitten to the point of scarring in his face 6 times in three months that he was there."
