"Female drive thru attendant (not wearing a name tag) couldn’t be more rude. Multiple times I’ve dealt with her an every time she’s as rude as she can possibly be for no reason. Taco Bell should teach their employees the bear minimum level of manners."

But shes been rude to my husband bcoz he dont order in the menu machine, which is his waiting in the counter for some1 to assist him,thats why his waiting in the counter, she give him the order but shes been rude to approach him that you should order the machine, will who know thats your protocol coz shes already there! And thats very rude that shes been acting like that and raising her voice to the costumer!!!! And I call there, and I told what happen, and she said shes only a human? We are also a human too! She needs to be polite cause we are a customer!! You lose your business if you have that kind of employee!! How come she be in that position if she dont know how to treat the customers in a nice way!
