"I been here three times and all three times, I spent more 5 hours on dock.. worst place to pick up load and they have appointments but they never load the truck timely manner.. I will never pick up a load from here.. Both the shipper and receiver are the worst workhouse works.."
"I had a 7 am appointment. Made it on time . The office lady was so nice to me . Checked me in quickly and gave me door. Under 30 minutes I've gotten empty . I also had a cup of coffee and grabbed two free ships at the office."
"This place is a drivers dream . I check in and wait all night for their phone call. They finally call at 6:30. I walked through the door at 6:45 and they tell me that I missed my phone call drivers my best piece of advice. Do not give them your phone number for them to call you for a dock door. Stop doing this it lets them keep you on a leash treat you like a dog and this place treat you like a dog kennel"
"I brought in potato and my appointment was 8pm. I have been waiting since that time up nowiys 7:55am and not sure when am going to get unloaded. The overnight staff only did one truck, and I talked to her she said she is busy doing multiple things, including putting the potatoes on the pot. As you can see, this spot has been empty since night, and a bunch of truckers are sitting in the parking lot."
