"Love stopping in for a made to order breakfast. The menu is very small. Just a few items for breakfast and a handful of items for lunch. My family loves their bread options as we favor the sliced Asiago cheese breads, especially for BLT nights! The staff is always so friendly. The only negative is their desserts. It’s not always the freshest because they told us it gets brought over from Carson every few days. So the cookies can be rather dry/stale. Pro tip, order and special cakes in advance and they will make in time for your birthday/gathering and have it sent over from Carson. Their cakes are TOP NOTCH."

"This place is an amazing little place! Excellent food for breakfast and their fresh bakery items are great! The breakfast bowls are a great choice when getting some of their fresh squeezed orange juice."

"Always fresh goodies, both savory and sweet. I love the elephant ear pastries that are only made a couple of times a week. The savory croissants are to die for, and the sweet, assorted cinnamon rolls are just sweet enough to eat with one of their batista style coffee or tea drinks. The photo attatached is my very own French toast bake using a couple of each of the above yummy cinnamon and sweet rolls and a simple custard.. We have had business lunches and girlfriend luncheons, and the menu never fails to amaze us. Prices are a bit higher than I like to spend. However, the portion size, quality of ingredients, the service, etc, I will pay it every time.."

"We love the food at Schat's Bakery and Restaurant. For me I especially like the Danishes, I went back to get a second one lol. My girlfriend said the coffee was really good and preferred it to the coffee shops nearby. They did a good job decorating the space. The ambiance says it all, small town bakery! I thoroughly enjoyed the staff there. One of them even made some jokes and had us laughing while ordering. Good time!"

"Clean shop, lots of choices. We ate at the restaurant, the food came to the table fast. The sandwiches were great, they also had some of the best sweet potato fries I've ever had. Side salad was slimy though, the workers need to pay more attention to that. You could visually see the slimy dark greens of the arugula."
