"2 stars only because they usually have what I need. But today, I waited in the drive thru at the pharmacy for 10 minutes, only to get up to the window and find a black cardboard and a recorded message that they went to lunch. I only go here roughly three times a years to fill prescriptions. I was unaware that they closed at 1:30 for lunch. So I went inside and mentioned they should have a sign further back because I waited for 10 minutes (4 cars back) in line for nothing! All someone said through the gate was, "we've had scheduled lunch at 1:30 for the past 1 1/2 years." Well you know what? I'm not there on a regular basis. And I was driving home from work, so I obviously couldn't use my phone to search the times. Been a long time customer. But I guess customer service went down hill fast. Will be transferring everything somewhere else."

"Horrible. I did a walk-in at the minuteclinic there and the attending physician there was rude and told me she would not have time to see me. There was only one other person in the waiting room and I asked if she could squeeze me in after and she told me she’s booked up. No sincerity, completely unprofessional. Do not advertise walk ins welcome and then be rude when someone tries to walk-in."

My recent experience at your store left a lasting impression due to Zac's exceptional assistance and genuine kindness. I recently visited CVS Pharmacy with my nephew who needed medication covered by his out-of-state insurance. Unfortunately, as CVS Pharmacy does not have a branch in Nevada Reno, they were unable to accept his insurance. This left me in a challenging situation as the total cost of the medicine amounted to $50, which I did not have readily available. It was at this point that Zac stepped in to offer his assistance. He took the initiative to search online for any available coupons that could help lower the price. His genuine concern for my predicament was evident, and he went above and beyond by seeking permission from his supervisor to personally cover the cost of my nephew's medication. Zac's act of kindness truly touched my heart, and I am grateful for his willingness to help and uplift those in need. He exemplifies the qualities of a compassionate and dedicated customer service professional. His actions demonstrate a level of care that goes beyond the expectations of a typical retail employee. It is my sincere hope that CVS Pharmacy recognizes Zac's exceptional service and rewards him accordingly. "Very impressed with how quickly prescriptions are filled! My daughter had an ear infection on Christmas Eve. The tele-doctor called in the prescription and it was ready within 30 minutes. Staff is professional and courteous. Store is well stocked. Love that there is self check options."

"I had major spinal surgery first thing in the morning 12/1/23, I was released from the hospital 12/4/23 late in the night. We were not prepared at home for all the needs I was going to have. My husband came to your store to get the things we now need with great urgency. Your store was clean, laid out very nicely as well. Your staff member spotted him with his puzzled look on his face and offered him assistance that was above and beyond perfection. I appreciate all that all of you do!!! Thank you!"
