"Spent 3 days exploring Tahoe with my family. Dropped by this shop before heading to the airport hoping to get some souvenirs. Bought four Tahoe shirts from the shop, nice quality and reasonable price. (My favorite piece was on 50% discount sale!) Love the shopping experience here!"

"We were super excited to get a tshirt from Lake Tahoe, and we arrived at this store at 4:15 and an older man very rudely came out and said that they were closed, as there were still people shopping around inside. The family that was inside came out and said that he told them they closed at 4:30. Which would mean that we still had 15 minutes to shop. However, online says that they do not close until 5:00. It is very frustrating when the hours online do not match the actual store hours. In addition, there were a couple other families who came up to the door wanting to shop and were very frustrated with the fact that the store was closed 45 minutes earlier than what online says. We then began to walk away as the older guy came back out and we asked if there were any other tshirt shops in this town and he rudely ignored us and slammed the door. I am very disappointed in the customer service here."

"This business has nice merchandise. However, there is nowhere to try on clothes, and good luck trying to reach someone by phone if you want to purchase something & have it shipped after leaving the store and the area. I bought a sweatshirt while vacationing in the area that turned out to be too big. I tried unsuccessfully to reach someone at the store by phone (during its business hours) for 4 weeks after going back east. I left at least 4 detailed messages, yet not one of those messages was returned. I rated this place a 2: the stock a 4, but customer service a 0."

"My family was super excited to go and get some souvenirs at this place. As soon as we walked up to the door, a much older gentleman came out and said he was closed in a very rude way without an explanation. The posted hours definitely didn't reflect that nor did he say he was going to lunch. We definitely felt profiled. Even the people exiting the store seemed confused at his attitude. Sad to see racism still exists and people like this man get away with this kind of behavior. Luckily there are more souvenir shops around. His loss was definitely Tahoe-Truckee T- shirterys gain. Go there, the lovely lady has excellent customer service skills"

"Super friendly staff here!! They have so many souvenirs from shirts to hats, clothes, cups, shot glasses and stickers. The one thing we went in here looking for that they didn’t have were pins. No complaints otherwise- great shop!"
