"GREAT STAFF, GREAT SERVICE! My son purchased his first set of skis on his 14th birthday. His first day on the hill he had a highly unusual incident, got tangled with another skier, and damaged a ski. The Tonka Cycle & Ski staff worked with the manufacturer to have them replaced, moved the bindings to the new set, AND offered a loaner set for him while he was waiting…..all of this at no cost. From the time we walked in to purchase the original set through the process of replacing them, it was clear the staff was focused on our satisfaction. I was recently in downtown Minneapolis and was really hoping to rent a bike in downtown, however, none of the bike shops were doing rentals and the city had already pulled their bikes from The Bike Share program.
