"Alexis has been extremely patient and helpful while trying to find me pants for a wedding. I bought pants that didn’t fit and she happily returned them and special ordered the correct ones for me. She called me and left a very nice message letting me know they were in and ready to be picked up. She is extremely helpful and friendly, so it makes shopping easy. She greets me (by name) every time I walk in. Even today, I was looking for another pair of ranch jeans (Kimes), that boot barn doesn’t carry in store, but she was able to order them for me online. "Came in to switch out a funky hat band on a favorite hat. Chris was awesome removing a portion of the old band and making a "custom" band with some stock band feathers they had. Folks were so cool I ended up buying an amazing buckle (See pic) by Montana Silversmiths and a couple other items. Great store that I highly recommend!"
