"I ordered the product overnight. Called during business hours in the morning and never got anyone to answer, even with their "operator". I left a message with my phone and order number, but never got a call back. I tried several times again and decided to drive there physically, but their doors were locked well before their posted closing hours. I could see no movement inside both the reception area and local pickup area. Either they're really short stage or they just don't care about their customers. As it is an 80 mile drive for me, I would appreciate businesses to either answer their phone or have the courtesy to reply to their messages. Now I need to hope that they pick up their phone so that I can cancel my order. Look for an alternative supplier just in principle."
