"Contacted the dealership about a Yamaha side by side and was told they were getting some of the model I was looking for and said they didn't have prices but I should be able to expect them under a certain amount. The rep was constantly argumentative about an available warranty that I received in a quote from a different dealer. I called back the following week and the same argumentative rep then argued that he didn't tell me a price the week prior."
"Bought a 2016 Airstream a few years ago. Salesman said all the systems worked but didn’t say the plumbing had frozen. Talked to the owner & got no help. The trailer had a salvage title & it took over a month to get the paperwork & title. If these people told me the time , I would check my watch. Stay away!"
"Great place in Osseo. Picked up a great leather jacket. Staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They are a great supporter of the local high schools and the local sports. I will always support our local companies that support our kids."
"Unfortunately, I can't post a positive review. I'd like to...just can't do it. I went to look at a bike advertised at what I felt was an attractive price. Prior to arrival, I was told it had been on, "guided Yamaha demo rides" only (which turned out not to be the case at all...read on). I arrived, walked in...found numerous salespeople standing around w/ no customers, gabbing with one another, yet not a single one asked if I needed help. It was literally as though I was invisible. Then, I walked across the street to look at the bike, in the used building. I was greeted immediately (Yay! Momentary internal celebration) but, then, the salesperson proceeded to spend nearly all of my time there on the phone, with others who were calling. I stated I wanted to test ride it and was told, "I'm not gonna' let you take it out!". I asked why and was told it was because it was, "dangerous". It was low-30's F with completely dry roads...cold but certainly not unusually dangerous. It would have been just fine for a test ride up/down the main drag. I said I wasn't going to buy a used, multi-thousand mile bike without knowing how it rode, first, and that I'd never crashed a bike, and that the roads were dry (because they were). I then walked back to the first building, to see about borrowing a helmet (after eventually being begrudgingly told I could test-ride it, when it became clear I was about to walk). Upon second entry into the main building, salespeople were once again standing around, fully available, without customers and gabbing...and once again, I was invisible. I said, "Screw this." to myself and walked out, never to return again. Not only had the bike NOT been on, "Yamaha demo rides only" but it had, in fact, been loaned, long term, to an online motorcycle publication (to likely be flogged about, unsupervised, as that is what they do when they are reviewing them long term) for thousands of miles. Paperwork was inside the top case, to show this was the case...beginning in 2021...yet I was told I was, "making it up" when I brought it up, after leaving. I was also told the roads were wet...but they weren't...I know because I had just been driving and walking on them. All in all, just a negative experience and, as mentioned above, I won't be back. Two stars because at least the price was attractive."
""Visited Heinens Motorsports recently and I was really impressed. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable especially the parts department Dan was great, and they have a great selection of vehicles. They made the whole process smooth and easy. Highly recommended for anyone in the market for a new ride!""
