"My wife got in an accident and needed a new car asap, we spent a very long time researching and picking one out. We found the one she wanted, set up an appointment on a Saturday, got a babysitter for our kids and drove 2 hours to go pick up the car. The sales guy told us as we walked in that he sold that car 10mins before we got there. No call, we're never even offered the option to put money down to reserve it. After that the manager continued to insult us by assuming we were giving them our rental car as a trade, which after we told him no he got noticably agitated. He proceeded then by telling us he could "possibly" get us the same car "sometime" next week and that we would have to put money down for a car unseen and possibly nonexistent. We bought a new car from another dealership that same day."

"Very disappointed in this place. We had an appointment to look at a specific car. We had informed them ahead of time this was the only car we were interested in and we were driving 2 hours just for this specific one. We showed up to our appointment and were told that they had taken a deposit for that car earlier that morning. We were not given a courtesy call or the opportunity to put a deposit down ourselves. The manager proceeded to ask why we wouldn't just be happy in another color and that he could see if another dealer close by had one that he could trade for, but it would be a lot of work on his part. His tone was very rude and irritated, overall very unprofessional."
