"Higher-end place where we had our first breakfast in Tahoe after a monster travel day. Great atmosphere, and food was fantastic. A little pricey, but we thought it was worth it."
"Recommend marinated and grill chicken thighs bowel. Looks good, tastes good and sounds healthy. I take one star off because I had no choice on how much I wanted to tip, which already printed on my bill."
"Remarkable establishment. Ate at the bar and had the pleasure of being tended to by Paul. The rest of the wait staff also kept my coffee and water filled. Ordered the Mountain Breakfast. The sausages in the picture are as big as they look. Great staff, great atmosphere, great food! My thanks to Paul and the cooking staff. This is my new Tahoe breakfast spot."
"SLAYS This was the first time our family has been to Lake Tahoe and this restaurant was the first we dined at during our short fall vacation. We stayed in Incline Village and visited quite a few of the local joints. The service and food here were phenomenal. Should we come again, we will be sure to try their breakfast. Restaurant has a parking lot and we were seated immediately on a Thursday night without a reservation during shoulder season. If we ever win the lottery and can afford staying here during peak season, we would definitely take time to secure reservation at all the local spots that accept them. I highly recommend the food. They take time to make almost everything in-house and you can taste the love they put into each dish. My older daughter had the quinoa salad and was over the moon for it. Younger kid loved her burger and fries. Do not skip the fried green beans. Since we had a grip of appetizers, I ordered the soup for supper and my husband ordered the pork chop to avoid paying their SILLY “split plate” charge. We shared both and were very satisfied with room for their excellent desserts. Server recommended the doughnuts and they were absolutely worth it. We also had the ganache tart and were Gaga for it."
"Best Eggs Benedict place in the area. I asked if they can do smoked salmon Benedict instead of ham and they said: no problem. Much appreciated. So my breakfast was definitely 5⭐️(although I must say it was quite salty, which I personally like). Mountain breakfast wasn’t as good: deep fried fries were pretty dry. And it only had a half slice of toast, which wasn’t enough to soak up all the grease from the potatoes. Also they don’t do decaf espresso drinks, but drip coffee was good. Overall is was much better than other breakfast places in the area. It also has a wonderful little green patio and very nice staff."
