"This is the best place in Tahoe City for burgers in the summer. Out door dining is the bomb and those burgers are charbroiled masterpieces. Waffle fries are my choice to go with these burgers. Parking is super tight in the summer and winter the snow takes up parts of the parking lot. Indoors is nice in the winter too. The burgers are the best thing here anytime of year."
"Friendly local bar and restaurant. We had the chili cheeseburger and shrimp tacos with an add-on of avocado. The chili on the cheeseburger included beans with a very light, sweet taste. Being from Texas, this was different and tasted great. The shrimp tacos were also great."
"Bridgetender Tavern and Grill offers a great bar spot with good food and a friendly staff. Free parking is available, although it can get crowded. However, I was disappointed during a recent visit to a large party. We were invited to wait at the bar until our table was ready and decided to order food while waiting, but were never informed that this would remove us from the table queue. Despite this, the overall experience was positive."
"Stopped here on a walk to grab some lunch. The building is really neat and the decor is a lot of fun. We ate on the patio because we had our dog and it was pretty nice to hang out in the nice weather. The waitress was really friendly and offered plenty of input when we asked questions. We settled on totchos and the Hawaiian sliders. Totchos were delicious, nice and crispy and tons of toppings. Our daughter was a fan. The sliders were just okay, I was expecting a lot more flavor from pulled pork and slaw, but it was pretty bland. The pork didn't have any sauce at all other than the dressing from the slaw and it might have had salt and pepper. Was a shame that could easily be fixed by adding some Hawaiian flavors, maybe pinepple slaw or guava bbq sauce or something similar. Overall a pleasant experience and cool vibe."
"honestly there are better places to eat. the food looks amazing but it's nothing special. the fish in the fish tacos are super stale and bland, the burger isn't juicy at all, super hard and dry. the atmosphere is really nice though, we sat next to the pond."
