"We stopped at Manzanita for an after dinner dessert and drinks. Starting for the beautiful ride on the gondola under the stars all the way to the outstanding decor and service at Manzanita - we loved the experience! And look forward to book it for dinner! The kitchen is in full view. Their cellar spectacular! We even found Tocai!"

"This Ritz Carlton is very different from the one in Beaver Creek. Very quiet, family oriented, and not much is happening après-ski. The good, you have the whole bar to yourself until the dinner crowd kicks in. An awesome spot to wait out the traffic and casual chat with the Argentinian staff. Drinks are good and the chili is worth the money when compared to the others in the resort. They also have a mini buffet for kids. I wish I was one, but I wouldn't be able to enjoy the vesper nor 1493, and it's worth it! The bad, the reason it's quiet is because the location is rather hidden. Not near the base of any chairlift. You can only access either via the beginner lift or the gondola to get there. The ugly, price is $$$$$$$. You will need to be able to stomach the price to fill your stomach!"

"My husband and I celebrated our 6 year wedding anniversary at Manzanita and it was beyond what we could have imagined. We were married at the property 6 years prior and the staff went above and beyond to make our anniversary special. They curated a menu for our dinner based off the dinner for our wedding. And also based a complete cake similar to our wedding cake. Gaby the chef all the staff were so so sweet and attentive. We’ll return to manzanita for decades to come. Thank you Manzanita team."

"I had the pleasure of dining at Manzanita, the Ritz Carlton hotel restaurant, during a family reunion in June, and it was an exceptional experience. The journey to the restaurant via the gondola added a unique touch of adventure to our visit. The ambience at Manzanita is truly top-notch, creating the perfect setting for a special occasion. The friendly and attentive service further enhanced our dining experience, making us feel welcomed and valued. During these challenging times, the transition to a buffet-style menu was a smart move, and the selection did not disappoint. Our favorites included the succulent duck, perfectly seared scallops, delightful shrimp with brussel sprouts, and the delectable crab dishes. But the highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the amazing tiramisu dessert that left our taste buds dancing with joy. Our day took an unexpected turn when we realized we had missed the gondola's early closure. However, the Ritz Carlton staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and safety by arranging a van to transport us back to our lodge at the foothill of the mountain. This level of care and service truly made our visit memorable."

"The restaurant has a very nice and upscale atmosphere. I had the NY Strip steak which was about 16oz and it was absolutely delicious. It was cooked just how I asked, perfectly pan seared, and the flavor was outstanding. The serving staff we're very kind and very helpful with explaining menu options, wine lists, and just being friendly. They were very good about making sure you were well taken care of. Reservations are required and it was nice that when we arrived on time a table was ready for us."
