"Does NOT honor their reservations. If you enter an agreement that the truck will be at X spot at Y time, it should be there. That is how reservations work. They almost ended our move before it began by telling us THE NIGHT BEFORE that our reservation didn't matter as the truck is not going to be at X location at Y time. Do not rely on them. Now we either have to get lucky at Penske or try to get out of contractual obligations. Found a way to still make uhaul work, but this is still 100% unprofessional on uhaul's part. Terrible way to run a business. They added 6 hours to the process of getting the uhaul. 6 hours. We had to drive 1.5 hours extra to get it and go back to our house, and we will have to do that same thing tomorrow to go get our car and bring it back here once moving help arrives. I bet they do it just to get that extra mileage charge out of you. In no way is that this location's fault, specifically, but all of uhaul. Don't trust UHaul with your move because they don't put much effort into honoring their end of their deals."

"U-Haul has always been my go to place to fill a propane tank. I had never rented any equipment from them until today (December, 12 2020). I called ahead at the beginning of the week and reserved a 15 foot truck to move is out of our two bedroom place. Best moving decision ever! I usually bother all of my friends and family that own trucks or make 70 trips in my car. We only moved across town so and one trip (8miles) was enough so with gas it wasn't even $50!"
