Red Oak Elementary School

"The teachers are nice enough however sense distance learning has begun, the teachers dont seem to have enough material to keep the kids on a school schedule. Our child has class at 8:30 which is usually the longest class, face time with the class for 15-30 minutes for the first class then she doesn’t have class again until 9:30 which she face times with the class for about 10-15 minutes then no class again until 10:15 which is the same FaceTime for about 10-15 minutes if that I’m really not exaggerating here. Then class at 11 FaceTime 10-15 minutes. On mondays and Tuesday only she then has a class at 12:45 which is her last class. They just started offering a optional art class from 2-2:30 as well. My kid is board out of her mind and is in need of material and activities, I have bought numerous work books to help fill the time between class and after school is done. I have another child in another school district and her days are much fuller with much more interaction with the class and teacher. Disappointed."

"Good school. All the teachers have been great. The principal is also top notch. The only better option would be a private school."
