Reviews
"They sold our unit and continued to take our money for almost a year without telling us. The "nice" is only nice when you're physically there."
"We had many Storage Lots to choose from when we decided to pick one but have been so glad we chose this one! We rent a 10X30 indoor unit and it is always clean and a safe place to be. The Management has been nothing but 5 star helping us in any way possible. Actually they are the ones as to why we have not moved to a storage unit closer to home. Thank you for always being there to help us! Sue Henderson"
"Good service and friendly staff, everything I wanted from a place called 5 Star Storage"
"Easily reserved storage online. I was provided all the necessary information to access my unit. I paid extra to be closer to the door and my unit was right next to the door."
"The: I rented a small unit in October of 2021. The rental process was easy, and everything went smoothly. In February, I received an email that the lock I was using was incorrect, and had to buy one of their locks ($13.95). When I began the process of moving out, I realized they added their lock to mine, instead of removing my lock and putting theirs on. They came and cut my lock off ($25). I was out, and the unit was clean, by the 25th of the month, and just got a bill with a "improper vacate notice fee" of $15. The rather heavy-handed email states I have 30 days to pay that fee or I'll be sent to collections. Micro-transactions. I realize no one is going to go to war over $50, but that's almost an extra months rent in the less than a year that I rented from them. $50 that wasn't clearly explained at the beginning of the rental term. $25 of which does not appear on the ledger report that I called and asked for. Their buildings were fine, it appeared to be well managed, rent there if you want. However, ask specifically and carefully about the additional fees."
