"I purchased my Retrax Pro MX bed cover this past July 2021 for my 2012 RAM 3500 8' bed dually. As promised it was delivered in 25 days. Unfortunately for me they accidentally sent the wrong cover. I was leaving for a three week trip to New York State the next day (ugh). I contacted Retrax. They were very professional, apologetic, and coordinated sending the correct cover so I would have it as soon as I returned from my trip. I got it the day I returned home and quickly installed it. I have a fifth wheel camper and was looking for a cover that would lock in any position and most important would easily slide. My old cover was a flip top that was awful heavy for this old man.
