"I have always enjoyed the quality of my Otter Lodges! Have owned the flip over for 10 years & hub for 5 years. I did have a problem with my hub after one use but after contacting Otter customer service the problem was taken care very quickly. I love my flip over but needed a hub for Sturgeon spearing in Michigan. I do wish I could still get a new canvas because sled & poles are still in get shape I just can’t spend that amount money of for new canvas. Hope this helps anyone looking for an Otter product."

"Not to be hard on the other brands but I have owned them all and there's nothing like an Otter! I have a Pro Lodge shelter and Pro Lodge X over and these are hands-down the best products in the industry. The other brands start falling apart and breaking zippers after multiple uses but not the Otter. I would not own anything else in the future. The accessories for all Otter portables are not only affordable but of the same quality as the ice houses which is amazing!"
