"Rescheduled 4 times. Recieved item broken. Every time i called, they pushed it back another week. I received a call to set up a time, and they pushed it back another week again."
"We are a residential delivery for an item we ordered online. The carrier had the item for a week, finally contacted us and said they would be out in the afternoon on the 25th. No show. Tried calling on Friday and got a voicemail. Called Tuesday 3 times and no answer at the local number or the 800 number. No response. Called the store where we placed the order and told them what was going on. They said that Thursday was marked as a delivery from 9am-1pm and same for Tuesday. No shows. The store cancelled the shipment and we are doing an in store pick up instead. I don't know how these companies stay in business."
"Terrible company that I would avoid like the plague. You likely won't have an option like me as Lowe's used them as the final freight delivery vendor for my order. My order moved all the way from TX to Grand Forks in like three days and just sat at CCFS in Grand Forks now going on over two weeks. Apparently just sitting on a truck waiting for them to get their act together and deliver it. Companies like this need to go out of business and stop using external factors on their unprofessionalism to manage their business. If they were this far behind they should have rejected orders."
"Driver was rude. Started yelling at my manager.as soon as she walked over and asked a simple question . I stood up to him and explained i was a professional driver for 30 years. You don't need to talk the way he did to manager. Very unprofessional. It is not how fedex pulls their trailers in so maybe he didn't know how to driver. Either way he should not be dealing with the public"
"This is the 2nd time I have dealt with them. The "shipping lead" is absolutely the rudest person. He refused to work with me at any point he blocked my entire driveway. He immediately yells at any person who ask him to help even if all you ask is to back up further. This last time he refused to even make the delivery. He just left. Unprofessional and just horrible to work with."
