"I unloaded my E-bike in Victoria recently to ride the Lake Minnetonka bike trail with a friend only to discover the chain somehow got seriously jammed in the derailleur. Spokes was the closest bicycle shop to our location. The shop wasn’t opened so we did not call ahead. We just showed up. A man ( I assume now to be Justin) attended to us. He released the jammed chain with a special tool, re-attached the chain, tightened the cable. He directed me to ride the bike in the parking lot to be certain the gears worked. They did! I asked what I owed him and he replied “No Charge!” WOW! I was able to continue with my day, enjoying the beautiful Minnetonka bike trail with my friend! Thank you, so much for your time, talent and generosity!! I live in Minneapolis but Spokes is now saved in my favorites for future bike needs. Biking trails with a reliable bike service nearby like Spokes is very reassuring!"
