"Brought in 4 reels to get new line put on them. They all 4 were spooled backwards and when I called to let them know that they had made a mistake I was told to flip the switch on the bottom of my reel and real in backwards. Then proceed to tell him (a 13 year old kid) that some of my reels didn’t have a switch to reel backwards. He then proceeded to say he didn’t know what to tell me. I have been there previously and purchased rods and reels and the owner was very helpful, put line on just fine and had no issues. No complaints with him."
