Packages must be securely sealed and properly labeled with a FedEx Express or FedEx Ground shipping label, and weigh less than 55 pounds and be smaller than 48" x 25" x 25". There are no additional fees for using this location, and online shopping return packages with pre-printed FedEx labels can also be dropped off. Packages will be held for up to 7 days before being returned to the nearest FedEx facility. International packages are accepted as long as they have a U.S. originated address and include a completed printed label using a FedEx account number or credit card payment. For assistance with packing supplies or hazardous material shipments, visit a nearby staffed FedEx location.
