"One of their drivers should not be driving I don’t know what his name was but he was in cab 5192. Not only did he run a blatantly red light he went into the lane were cars were parked decided to cut over last minute cut off 4-5cars and then on Chicago Avenue he’s driving halfway into the other lane, not safe I would not use this service ever. Ran a second red light on chicago and minnehaha almost causing an accident. Tried to call dispatch to complain the guy hung up on me totally rude completely unprofessional and dangerous"

"We arrived at Humphrey early this morning (3 am) and had no choice but to take a Midwest Star Taxi to our nearby hotel. The driver of taxi number 5828 was rude and kept saying “really? You really need a ride to the hotel? I worked 9 hours for this fare? “. He then proceeded to drive so totally out of his way to get us to the hotel. The fare was double what it should have been. What a rip off. Not the welcome to Minnesota I wanted! A one star rating is too much of a compliment for this company and driver."

"I lost my wallet in one of the cabs. I called the company and the person at the other end of the line said we have lots of cabs and hung up on me. I called back and he said let me call you back in 5 minutes. He never called back. Worst customer service ever. Stay away."
