"The drivers may be nice people but from what I have seen many are horrible drivers. Just yesterday while I was walking my dog I was cut off in the crosswalk by one of their drivers. After cutting me off she started turning right before making her left turn. This is just one of many near misses I have seen with R and D drivers."

"These guy are the BEST. Ive been using them for 3 years and they have helped me in so many ways. They were in charge of picking up my kids and for three years they did an EXCELLENT job. They even went above and beyond like dropping my kids phone off at home on a Saturday to things i cant even mention. All positive. Thank you thank you thank you. The Richards Family"

"Super p'd off so I'm first to get on, second to get dropped off at my appointment. Pick up on the way back sitting and waiting on patients for 25 to 30 minutes. Driver bypass my place to drop off someone else. Driver not familiar with streets. Total time in ride home 11:40a pick up and 1:18p drop at home. Back and forth was very unnecessary.. Rethinking about this transportation ride!!! If I could give NO STARS I Would!!!"

"Amy is rude and disrespectful. They are working with our children yet do not feel they need to call if going to be late. I have a new driver for my children almost every week the time for pick up just changes with out notice and drop off well it should not ever take almost 2 hours for my children to come home at night. I have called and the school social worker has called and yet nothing has changed. I would not recommend this company."

"While waiting to pick up my child from school I've seen and experienced incidents with van number 78. A blue Dodge van. The driver is female. She seems a bit unstable. Once she pulled up and honked her horn and a man waiting to pick up his child. He was waiting a very long time. This r and d driver pulled ahead of him and started screaming at the man.all because he was partially in the daycare van pick up area. When these vans drive up they get within less than a foot of my car and my son sits right behind me. They are pulling in way to close to my vehicle. I've called the company and spoke to Amy. It's been over a week. Amy was supposed to pull the vehicle and pull the tape in the vehicle to view what happens. Amy has not. I had to re explain the situation's because Amy didn't understand. I have advised Amy that I may need to involve the police. Amy suggest i call the police so she doesn't have to pull the vehicle and figure it out. I have requested the owners contact me so this is noted on the company level and so the driver is held responsible for her actions. This driver has also honked at me to move while my child was walking to my car to get in. I was not in her pick up area. This is completely unacceptable. From a concerned mother."
