"One of worst transportation providers used by UCare Health Insurance for medical rides. My client was very sick and waited 2 hours and their driver didn't show up. His phone is not even reachable. Then they called her telling her they will come 5 minutes after her medical appointment. Eventually she missed the medical appointment for the second time exactly same terrible situation she experienced last time with Blue&White Taxi. What terrible business and bad service they do to make money. Big mess!!!"

"Numerous times I have had to wait over an hour for someone to show up because of lack of communication someone will say yes I can pick you up but don't let you known a wait time or if they have other runs before you. There aren't enough drivers. And there isn't a primary number listed on here to call the owner if you have any questions or complaints."

"Today was my first time using Cambridge Cab in over a year. I called them at 3:30pm to request a ride for my teen daughter. Her original ride cancelled at the last minute, and she needed to be at work by 4pm. The cab arrived in less than 10 minutes, and got her to work with time to spare. I used this service to get back and forth from work and shopping for 6 months in 2018. My family (husband, children and I) got to know the main day driver (Robert) quite well. He was very courteous and helpful... and always willing to lend a hand when needed. What I appreciated most about him however, was his fairness and flexibility. Whenever there was a problem - he'd make it work! This is a very small company that's veteran owned and operated. They only have one or two vehicles (mini vans) operating at any given time. Because of this, I recommend scheduling rides in advance if possible, to avoid any wait time. Also, this company is the founding partner of the Minnesota safe ride program, "Safe Cab". They give FREE rides (up to $15) to bar-goers every night of the week. If you need a taxi during those hours, be prepared to expect delays."
