"Customer service has gone way downhill in the last year. Fantastic experience in late '22 and early '23. Exactly the opposite in late '23 early '24. Will not give them any more of my $$. Delay after delay caused by their ineptitude at processing orders that cost me two months of time. Now 72 hours and counting on a simple 4473 signature confirmation. The only sense of urgency involved with this transaction is me running to another company for my next purchase(s)."
