"Picked me up at the hospital at got me home. Thank you. Much appreciated. Just seen on their website they offer military discounts. Not sure I received it but they should probably offer that to people they are picking up at the VA hospital up front. I was not feeling well enough to notice that yesterday but will mention it next time."

"On the 28th of January (4 days before New Year's)I called Surf Taxi and set up a ride to pick myself, wife and another couple up at Grand Falls Casino on New Year's day early morning at 2a.m. unfortunately they never showed and left us without a ride back to our hotel! I tried calling them several times and only got an answering machine. Very unprofessional! Thank goodness the Casino staff was able to help us find a taxi service to pick us up. EDIT.. since Google does not offer a reply option.... I was never informed by the person I spoke with that I needed to call back and he had no problem with confirming with me that a ride would be there waiting for us at 2 a.m. As I read the reviews on here it seems your company is very good at trying to put the blame back on the customer. As a business owner myself I would like to think that issues of customers dissatisfaction could and should be used as teaching moments that you can use to better yourselves rather than having to spend your valuable time, as you do on here so often, answering all the negative feedback."

"I worked for you. You can't call women names because you don't know how to communicate. You don't pay your people. You owe me 7.5 hrs of unpaid pay. You let men make more. Your not honest. Your people drink on the job."

"Called for a Sioux Falls airport pickup and was told it would be a 10 minute wait. Had to call back twice more over half an hour as other cab services came and went. Each time, I was told that my Surf driver was moments away or already at the airport. If Surf doesn’t show on time, don’t give them the benefit of the doubt; take whatever else you can get instead. The driver was friendly (it’s not his fault dispatch strings customers along) but had never heard of my destination hotel in the heart of downtown Sioux Falls - clearly new to the job. Settling the fare with a credit card required the driver to call dispatch and read my credit card over the phone twice. Never again."

"I would like to leave less than 1 star, but that's not possible. This is an unsafe taxi service. They allow their driver to speed through town WELL above 5 mph over the speed limit. Drive in dark and rainy conditions with no lights on AND tailgate vehicles because they are not driving fast enough for them. I would not call this taxi service if it was the only place open during a blizzard! I'd rather walk. I did call and speak with someone about this driver and wrote down the license plate as well."
