"On a Saturday in June while riding through Minnesota on a transAmerica bike-packing trip my rear rim started cracking at the spoke nipples. Zack answered my call late Saturday and agreed to work with me Sunday afternoon. The wheel held another 100 miles and when I got to the shop 4PM Sunday, Zack had identified a used wheel off the family tandem that fit perfectly and would be heavy duty enough to complete my trip. He quickly moved my cassette and tire to the replacement wheel and had me on my way at a very reasonable cost. A month later we arrived at the Washington coast with no further wheel issues."
