"Worst experience ever on a purchase! Ordered a new cargo trailer, gave them $1k deposit. Went to get the trailer and it was a cheaper equipped than ordered, the one I ordered never was delivered. Bait and Switch, very dishonest. I’d call, text, e-mail with not response. Maybe 1 star is too high of a rating, actually I know it is."

"Terrible customer service!! He is rude and a terrible salesman. The $3,300 trailer had 4 spots where the paint had been ground down to bare metal and rust was starting to appear. I asked him to come look at the defects since he had just told me how amazing the paint job was vs. powder coating. He laughed and said, “you can go look at it”. At that point I left."

"Originally called for a 6x12 trailer which was priced really well. I decided to upgrade to a 7x16 trailer at another great price. I opted to do financing for so my HVAC business wouldn’t incur a larger transaction, the process with Sheffield Financial was fast, smooth, and easy. Sparks trailers said they would deliver the trailer by 9am and they were right on time with a beautiful looking trailer. I talked briefly with the fellow delivering the trailer and had an overall great experience with Sparks Trailers. "Had a horrible expierence with this dealer . They sold me a trailer with a bad set of bearings drove down the highway wheel came flying off at 60 mph they wouldn't stand behind product and kept my $500 deposit. Very unhonest people that will do anything to make a buck . Please go somewhere else I drove all the way from Idaho and had the owner Sparky laugh at me about giving my deposit back!"
