"Brought both my mowers here to get fixed. They had them for 3 weeks and I never herd from them . I called them , they said they were good to go so I went and picked them up and paid over $500 . When I showed up one of them wouldn’t even start and that was one of the reasons they were there. They put in a starter while I waited so I could take it home. When I got home I went to mow my lawn one mower had no belt and the other mower wouldn’t engage the blades. They didn’t fix anything. Just waisted my time. I called them to talk about it. Got the run around and was eventually told to bring them back so they could fix them . I was also told that I would be charged again for them to work on them . I was told multiple times by many people to avoid this place and I wish I would have listened."

"I have no experience with the sales department here. My experience has been with the service department for my four-year-old Cub Cadet riding lawnmower. I have been in twice for service work. The first time was last year when the handle to engage my mower blade ceased operation. I had to wait for 40 minutes to give my name, number, and mower problem, despite nobody in front of me waiting. The person behind me about left when nobody was available to sell him a utility vehicle after waiting a near equal amount of time. Thinking someone may have died from the shop and most everyone was attending funeral helped pacify me enough to wait to do this review. Now its been a year and I brought the mower in for the same repair that was done last year. This time it isn't the lobby wait that has stifled my hope, but a wait to talk to someone on the phone about the status of my mower. It has been more than two weeks and I cant get through to anyone during business hours and havent received a call back when I have left messages. If you're in need of warranty work, save yourself the headache and pay out of pocket if you need to; Go somewhere else. I'm told there's a wonderful lawnmower repair place off of County Hwy 1 on the edge of Fergus Falls that will even pickup and deliver your riding lawnmower for $10! Unfortunately, I just can't recommend Dalton Sports on any level."
