"I bought a used machine from this dealer. I needed parts from the previous owner to make changes to the clutching on this machine so I was able to use it. First off how do you sell a machine that needs stock parts to operate correctly. After repeated phone calls trying to get ahold of the sales person, he’s been very hard to get ahold of and very unhelpful. I’ve been told multiple times that I would receive a call back and never have. I would give this place a 5 star rating for horrible customer service."

"The parts department at this place is a joke. I tried to get a part for my boat that I purchased new from them 2 years ago and all I got was a run around. They never did get back to me with a price and availability, kept telling me that they were waiting on the manufacture. Would never answer my call and never returned a call. After trying for 3 weeks I called a competitor dealer who gave me a quote and availability the same day. I had the part 2 weeks later. “Moorhead Marine, no I did not purchase the part from you because a certain someone in your store would not give me a price or availability. He would not also return my calls or respond to an email. Very unfortunate to lose customers overa person like that, but from the other reviews I am not the only one receiving the same service from him”"
