"I came in for a referral, for neurologist thinking you needed to go to a primary physician to get referred for Neurology *Because anytime that you need to go to a bigger department, you always need a referral.Correct? I scheduled the first opening appointment what I could get at North Memorial and it was with Christine G Hedstrom, PA-C with was 35 mins away from where I live. I uploaded my documents and insurance and questions/comments beforehand to make this very smooth. She walks in and says “why are you here to see me, when you should have went to the ER” with an attitude and this look on her face of like idiots. My wife snapped at her and said we need a referral for a first seizure. We Came Here to See you because you are doctor! Are you not. We should have gotten up and left. Not even a Hi, hello, nothing. It was a bad look for Christine and want her to know every case Is different and unique. I will not be returning and going to find another provider. That will treat there patients with respect and dignity. Run!"
