"Just a miserably frustrating customer service experience. I called weekly for a month to get a pool quote and spoke with someone directly who took my contact information, no one would ever call me back. When I would contact them again they would act like that was the first time we had talked. Eventually I just gave up. A year later (don’t ask me why) I called again and to my surprise they set up a home visit the following week. My wife and I stayed home from work and they never showed up. After an hour of waiting I called them and they said they had to cancel the appointment (but never bothered to tell us). I can’t speak to the quality of their work, but I would certainly hesitate to trust them at their word."

"Very unsatisfied with their service. We requested for someone to contact us regarding various things and getting quotes on each of them. No call back. They came by and did the work on one of the items we wanted quoted without contacting us and did not address the othe two items. This was probably 2 weeks after we called. And they left various large messes around our pool, and in both our front and back yards. The fee for the work they did do was ridiculous as well. I sent them pics of the messes when we paid the bill along with notation that we had only requested quotes etc. No contact back at all. I followed up and called them and they just said that they received the payment along with pics and complaint. No apology, no we have addressed it, no I will have someone call you back, nothing...just an acknowledgement of receiving the info."

"The lady who works the front desk, I guess she is the owner but I’m not sure, is VERY RUDE. She is not pleasant at all. It wasn’t to just me , she was rude to people ahead of me that she was helping as well. The guy that loaded up my car with the products I purchased was really nice although I won’t be returning to this place because of the treatment on the front end."
