"tldr: Rude, manhandling Dr Bell misdiagnoses patient. Do NOT recommend. Dr Bell, was rude, demeaning and worst of all, wrong in her findings. She injured me during her exam and then spoke to me like I was an idiot when I tried to direct her to the area of concern, refusing any further examination. During the exam for a second opinion the new Dr said "She must've had a dark exam room. We need to schedule you for surgery." because the spot was so obvious to the 2nd Dr. If you can avoid Dr Bell even if that means having to travel further I wholly recommend it."

"If I could give Dr. Bell 0 Stars I would. In my experience she should not have direct contact with patients. She had 0 tact and bedside manner. I felt as though my questions didn't manner and that she was too busy to provide a good level of care. I didn't get all my questions answered and felt as though I was pushed out the door to get the next patient in. Considering she delivered cancer news, there was no level of empathy displayed. The way news were delivered made me feel as there was no point on seeking care, and that any care I would seek would not matter. While being truthful and setting realistic expectations is important, there is definitely a way that this can be done, without making me lose hope. When I asked for next steps would be and what further testing needed to be done, I was told and then they weren't followed before the staff tried to give me a plan of care. At that point I lost faith in how well chart notes were being followed, and worried about my health, so I looked for a second opinion and moved my care to another doctor. I couldn't be happier with the new doctor and feel that is the best decision I could have done."
