"We had Joe come out to give and estimate on a new pool liner on a Saturday. We really liked him and we were going to call him on Monday to get things rolling. Well, he texted my husband on Sunday night saying he was out. My husband asked why because we had wanted to go with him. He said, "You could give me a hint!" We told him we would let him know either way within a couple of days. We didn't want to bother him on a Sunday and my husband explained that. The guy blocked him! Totally unprofessional and possibly unstable. Do not allow this guy to come to your home."
