"Beautiful place. Quite and tucked into the side of a mountain. It is a little bit of a hike. The first 75% of the hike is relatively easy. There some steep ledges that you walk beside. There are loose rocks you have to walk over. The last decent right into the waterfall area is probably the most difficult part of the hike. This is the area you should be the most careful. It is an absolutely beautiful spot. It is definately worth the hike."
"There is no actual trail to the waterfall other than a creek bed. It's a lot of climbing across fallen logs and rocks, so be aware of that. Going right after a heavy rain would be best. The waterfall was a very small stream four days after heavy rain."
"Absolutely beautiful short hike but not the best for small children or elderly. The trail is difficult to see at first but once you do your good. Just stay to the left at the mountain"
"There's no sign for it. Just use your Google maps. There's a small space to park, or you can park a bit further away by the creek. There's a mark on the pavement where the trail begins. It is a very steep hike. Bring something to steady yourself and shoes with grip. The grotto is definitely better after a good rain, however, the side of the mountain will be mud slides, and more difficult to climb up. Bring water and snacks."
"It was an amazing hike, a short one, but very steep. It's completely worth it, though, because after 20ish minutes, you enter and will find a little but amazing waterfall. It feels to be in a prehistoric site because there are massive rocks and lots of trees that create an amazing atmosphere being in the background. I'd totally take everyone that loves hiking because even if it's an easy hike, it gives you a terrific view."
