"Absolutely horrible service. I have an uncommon situation and before I even apply I ask questions to see if I should even try. They said shouldn't be a problem. The minute I apply I am denied for a reason not even listed as a requirement to rent. Then when I explain to them what's going on I get a one question response and nothing after. Every time I call I get hung up on. This is definitely a horrible place and don't have a single clue on how to be professional. And they are dropping prices on their rent because they can't get them rented out. People using this company should cancel and manage their own property they would have better luck on their own than with this company."

The home was beautifully decorated and had ALL ACCOMMODATIONS for our family of six, which was a huge deal to me. They answered all questions promptly and with such courtesy.
