"I had a massage scheduled with Ben, and he did a great job! Most muscle pain relief I have felt in a while, and that's despite me stretching regularly and asking my boyfriend to give me a massage occasionally. I honestly thought I would just go here once, but I'm seriously considering a membership."

"Wow. A stylist did see me walk up and enter. Then turned away when I walked in a door alert went off. Stood by the desk for 8 minutes. No help / no one to be seen. Was going to spend $150.00. I must not be worth the time for this place."

"I was talked into buying the Message Envy membership because the receptionist told me I could cancel at anytime. I thought, "Well I can give it a try and if it doesn't work I will just drop it". After 6 months and me realizing that I just don't have time to get regular messages in this season I called to cancel and I was told that I could not cancel and that in fact I was in a year contract and I would have to pay 6 more months - almost $500!!! It didn't matter that the associate had assured me that I could cancel at anytime and that that was the ONLY reason I gave the membership a try because in the fine print it says a year. I am disappointed in the lack of training the receptionist had received and that they did not take me at my word."
