"Once Covid came I was denied any in person help and dropped in the middle of EMDR after 2 phone counseling attempt with zero follow up. That was just my therapist. Psychiatrist, whom I loved and respected, refused to help me with my exemption from masks. Fully aware of my PTSD and other circumstances that prevent me from being able to wear one. I was told to go do "exposure " treatment. Which is the worst thing you could do to someone with severe PTSD, especially at this time. What a slap in the face."
