"I hurt my shoulder rock climbing in the beginning of 2023. I tried to recover and do my own PT through Youtube and other sources for 8 months but made hardly any progress. Then I met with Kyle Flagstad at the St. Louis location and within 2 months he has my shoulder back to almost 100% and lifting weights again. Could not recommend Kyle enough he is very knowledgeable and wants the best for you. He even recommended in the last session that I don't need to be coming back anymore and to keep doing the exercises he showed me on my own. He was honest with me and didn't pressure me to keep buying more PT sessions when I didn't need it. Great experience all around."
