"Oh, I just can't say enough wonderful things about Jen and her practice. I was suffering from chronic earaches and vertigo, and Jen reached out to help me through yoga therapy. Not only did her practice help with my ailments, her energy and ambiance were so calming and contagious. As a busy mom of three and middle school teacher, I looked forward to each practice because I knew that 1. it would be a full hour just focused on yoga therapy, 2. I would be in the calming presence of Jen, and 3. I would learn techniques to take with me to work on. In addition to yoga therapy, Jen would do a full intake of what I was eating and drinking and how I was taking care of myself.
