"What you can't see here is the smell. We used his services for skunk smell removal. Our pet was sprayed by a skunk and she came straight through the doggie door rubbing the smell into the carpet and furniture. We did everything to get the smell out and was completely unsuccessful. He got us on the schedule quickly. When he came out, he cleaned our carpets and our furniture. I was so impressed by his professionalism and knowledge. He went into great detail to communicate the process of what was required to get the smell out. He went over and beyond by ordering special skunk removal for us.
