"I hired for a deep clean. It was a good job. After the 1st cleaning the work became more shoddy. I spoke to the owner twice. The last time, I sent pictures of the below standard cleaning. He assured me he'd review the photos, get back w/ me quickly & he would address my concerns to my satisfaction. He never called. I called him, no response. That is very unprofessional practice for a service which cost $62.50 an hour for a house not cleaned to customer standards. A professional would have called & addressed the matter. I recommended them to friends, which I regret doing."
