"I went here today to look at there Japanese maple selection and it is amazing. I was impressed with there selection of trees and they were in great ! Condition too! The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions. I will be buying all my trees from here in the future. Update I just couldn’t help myself so I came back and bought me a fire glow Japanese maple and I’m glad I did . I just planted it in the ground and I just love it ! I’m sure I will enjoy for years to come."

"I bought a 3 gallon milkweed plant, but a day after I have noticed the plant was infested with a tiny yellow particles and black bugs under most of leaves. So I treated a soapy water solution. A week passed, it was in the same condition. I called a week later to exchange or refund. They refused to do so because plants has to be healthy as it left yard when I asked for the company refund policy. I asked if it is written. She said no. It is absurd. And all of her plants are healthy in her shop. I will never business with this company again. Trying so hard to not to exchange fir another with a different excuses. Absolutely, this bad customer service will lose all of their clients if they serve them in this manner. I spent hundreds of dollars there in the past."
