"I picked out a bouquet online for my best friends birthday. I went ahead and called the florist direct to make sure they had colors and flowers available. They did have to make some substitutions on colors, but kept with the same color scheme, and they did not have the cute bucket container it showed thru Teleflora. However, she described several choices that she did have in stock and said one she thought would be perfect! We handled everything with that phone call and she assured me, as we hung up, that she would take very good care of my friend. I received a picture from my best friend today, and her bouquet is beautiful. The substitutions they made were wonderful. I am very pleased with the customer service I received, and will use Norman Florist again!"
