"I had a "one time" treatment. They sprayed the yard for chiggers and treated the inside of the house for insects/pests. I never saw any dead bugs. I waited a month for the treatment to take full effect. I still had spiders and other small bugs. I contacted the company at exactly one month after service. They told me that there was no recall for retreatment if it was a "one time service". Recall was only for quarterly treatment. They applied no spray, only a powder puff around the baseboards. If the treatment doesn't last one month, you can bet that I won't sign up for a quarterly treatment. Save your money and find someone else. At least we contacted them in timely manner about our service issue."
