"Prices are better than expected and answered all my questions when I asked them!"

"Crooked, Dishonest and Unprofessional. My grandfather took a few of my suits here last week. The ladies that work there held on to one of my dress shirts and told him they were still working out a stain. He picks the shirt up today and finds three holes of different sizes on the right chest. I spoke with the owner Matt and even though he said he took pictures of the holes to cover his self, he nor the ladies that work there told my grandpa the shirt had holes to begin with (Matt’s word: he told his ladies he would handle it. The time stamp on the photos was after they had cleaned everything so he couldn’t prove the hole was there prior) Still charged my grandpa for the shirt! If you had acknowledged the holes to begin with why did you keep the shirt an extra few days? Why did your ladies tell my grandpa there were no holes and they needed to keep it a few more days to work the stains out? I’ll tell you what happened—there may have been a stain on my shirt they tried to work out on additional days but in doing so they created holes in it. Once Matt was out of excuses he felt backed into a corner and told me flat out he wasn’t doing anything about it. I at least got him to refund my grandpa for a shirt they charged him for that they claimed they didn’t even clean!!! The stories don’t match from what he versus what his ladies are saying. I’m not in town but I would drive the extra mile to take my clothes somewhere else seeing that they are the only cleaners in Nashville. How disgraceful. You should be ashamed Matt Smith for telling customers you run a prideful honest business."
