"I’ve used this company since I first purchased my home in 2012. They went almost 2 years before finally showing up for a termite inspection, after I called and complained multiple times. It took multiple calls before someone finally reached out to me. I was informed today, after I’ve put at least $100 towards my yearly renewal, that they’re cancelling my termite plan. They quote on quote haven’t heard back from me in the past week. My daughter and I caught COVID and have been extremely sick. My daughter almost had to be hospitalized. My parents are also both sick with COVID. This is how they treat their customers. 9 years I’ve used them. For this? I do not recommend this company. Not after all of this. They don’t show up to inspect like they claim, and then cancel you because you’re sick and didn’t answer the phone. I’ll be telling EVERYONE."
